Veljko Vlahović (1914-1975) was a leading figure of the Yugoslav communist regime. Before the socialist era, he had been a committed Communist involved in diverse internationalist, fighting in the Spanish Civil War and later spending several years working within the Comintern in Moscow. All of these experiences shaped his persona and political ideas in later years. A paper that I delivered on his life and role in the making of non-alignment provided me with a good opportunity to show the usefulness of Knightlab’s Timeline tool.
